LHB120N Plastic blow  machine possesses the characteristics of European machines in high precision,sophisticated, with high stability and durability. Main components, such as extrusion units, screws, die heads and clamping units and even complete machines are
designed in Germany. And all manufacturing processes and material sourcing are
strictly controlled under the German procedures and quality standards.

The die heads
The die heads are developed to the highest standards by German engineers.
1. Small centre distance of the multiple die heads allows higher number of cavities.
2. Distribution systems with spider and heart curves ensure an even wall thickness
distribution and convenient for changing color.
3. Single to triple layer die heads give the possibility to produce a wide range
of products to the special demands of customers.
4. All die heads are available.

Clamping system
As all main structures of the machine the clamping system is undertaken a stress
analysis by Finte element method. Guided on STAR-rails and equipped with proportional hydraulic valves, central lubrication system, fast movements are possible
to ensure high output rates. The sturdy design and the placement of the cylinder
in the centre of the clamping platens supports a good cutting and a long lifetime
of the moulds. Central lubrication.

Control system
Integrated PCC control system from Japan,All functions are controlled by
the system. Values are easy to be set and monitored on a 10.4'' color display.
As well as the temperature is controlled by the system, the movement of the die
is controlled by an integrated 100 points WDS system.

Moulds
Designed from well trained engineers, made from imported steels with optimized cooling and the necessary article depending parts like die tooling, blow pinsand deflashing system make out of the machine a ready production system where all components fit for high output rates in excellent quality.
